Managers and community based staff work together, supporting each other in an open, honest way.

“It’s the little things we do that make a big difference”

Whether it is our energetic office, our friendly and approachable staff or our career progression opportunities there are many reasons why Access Your Care is the company to work with.  We fully believe that happy, motivated staff provide a better service to clients. We appreciate our staff and show them how much we value them by involving team members in all aspects of the business, we move forward as a team and not as individuals or departments.

Whatever your role in the company, we want our team members to feel valued and rewarded so we offer a competitive package of pay and other benefits, some of which are listed below. We also recognise the value of a healthy work-life balance, so we always try to be flexible; helping you fit your working commitments around your home life.

Our communication to staff is second to none, alongside traditional channels of face to face, telephone and email communication, we have weekly coffee mornings and bi-monthly staff newsletters. We even have our own secure mobile app that is made available on team members company smart phones.

We offer flexible working hours to ensure that employees achieve a good balance between work and lifestyle commitments

We pay a high hourly rate and on top of this you are also paid for your mileage AND double time on bank holidays.
