We have a comprehensive and proven set of processes and procedures for each individual service, as well as an exhaustive quality performance system that is rooted and implemented across all levels of the organisation.
Our lead for quality performance is responsible for performing and presenting findings from monthly audits; in addition to this we use professional, external agencies to complete unbiased quarterly inspections and stakeholder surveys.
Access Your Care is a domiciliary care provider registered with CQC, we are subject to independent inspections and monitoring from CQC inspectors. The job of CQC is to regulate and inspect each organisation in the care sector at least once a year ensuring that agencies are achieving the 21 regulated outcomes under the ‘Fundamental Standards’ of quality and safety.
