Shopping Services
Keep your shelves stocked with our flexible shopping support. Choose the option that works best for you:
Traditional Shopping Service
We collect your shopping list, carry out the shopping for you, deliver it to your home and pack your items away.
Personal Shopper Service
We can support you to go shopping yourself by providing transport, accompanying you around the shops and helping to pack everything away when you return home.
Whichever option you choose, transport, delivery and packing away are included in the price. Mileage for our shopping service is also included.
We can also pay for shopping upfront, with clients reimbursing us by cheque or bank transfer at the end of the month alongside the service invoice. Receipts are always provided. This option is ideal for those who do not use cash or find it difficult to access.
Home Cleaning Services
There is more to life than cleaning, which is why we offer high-quality, flexible home cleaning support.
Visits can be arranged daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly or as a one-off service. The minimum visit length for this service is 1 hour. Our cleaning services can include:
• Vacuuming rooms, hallways and stairs
• Deep bathroom cleaning
• Wooden and hard-floor cleaning
• Full home dusting
• Cleaning light shades, fixtures and fittings
• Internal window and PVC cleaning
• Full kitchen cleaning
• Changing bed linen
Every service begins with an initial telephone discussion so we can understand exactly what support you need. Once you are happy to proceed, one of our assessment and review coordinators will visit your home to complete a tailored assessment and create a personalised support plan for our domestic team to follow.
Additional Support Services
Our support services are designed to provide an extra helping hand outside of our care and domestic support. These can be arranged as a one-off visit or as regular ongoing support.
We can help with:
• Attending appointments
• Writing shopping lists
• Accompanying you on trips
• Paying bills or collecting pensions
• Dog walking and pet care
• Pop-in security or welfare visits
Our Team
All staff are checked through the Government Disclosure and Barring Service. New team members complete a comprehensive training programme covering cleaning, domestic support and wider support services. Regular refresher training also helps us maintain high standards.
