We are proud to announce our newly formed team of dementia specialists, supporting adults living with dementia in our local community.

If you are compassionate, organisation, highly motivated, have excellent communication skills and you can work effectively under pressure ensuring the highest quality of service is delivered; Then you may have what it takes to become a Senior Dementia Care Worker

As our Senior Dementia Care Worker, you need to have excellent time management skills, as your job will involve completing initial client assessments, regular reviews, and supporting our Dementia Care Workers when required with carrying out their duties. This role may involve assisting with personal care. You will also be scheduled as the on call manager, this is done on a rota basis.

What we would like from you;

– Previous knowledge and experience in Health & Social Care

– A passion for working with people living with dementia

– Previous leadership experience

– Experience working with Microsoft Office

– Excellent communication skills

– Organisational and problem-solving skills

– Ability to work effectively under pressure

– A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle

– Flexibility to meet the needs of the business
