The Care Team here at Access Your Care have made it through to the final of the Care and Support West Awards in the ‘Team of the Year’ category. Each and every one of the team from front line staff to the office staff do an amazing job, so thank you all so much!

We are nominating the Care Team at Access Your Care for all of the amazing work they have done for our client’s. Their commitment and dedication to client’s is commendable and they all go above and beyond to ensure our client’s needs are met.
We could write this nomination with the compliments alone that have come in for the Care Team over the last year, from going the extra mile, to the patience they have displayed and the support they have provided to client’s and each other. We feel they all need to be nominated in their own right but it would take a year to write individual nominations so this way we can thank them all millions for covering shifts, starting early, finishing late and for being the legends that they are. Delivering the highest quality care, identifying and raising concerns and getting the client’s the support they require.
Without the Care Team the service and the highly spoken of reputation that Access Your Care has would not exist.
