Going down to the Town Hall in Weston Super Mare will be one of AYC’s Response24 staff members Darren. Having come from a Marine and Firefighter background, Darren made the switch to care. Within this podcast, Darren will speak about his own personal journey, the biggest industry misconceptions and what advice he would give to people wanting to join the care sector + more!
Joining Darren will be Kat, who operates within the Domestic Care section of AYC. Kat’s story is full of surprises and gives a huge insight of world of Domestic Care. Kat’s journey will inspire, challenge, and redefine perceptions about this crucial yet underappreciated field.
