Reablement Care Worker
No prior experience is required. We simply seek individuals who are caring, honest, and friendly, and we will provide the necessary support and training.
Upon joining our team, you will participate in a 5-day induction led by our training coordinator, Tash. Following that, you will commence community work alongside an experienced team member.
Once you and your supervisor feel prepared, you will gradually transition to working independently in the community. Rest assured, a manager will be available 24/7 to address any concerns you may have.
