Reablement Care Worker
Up to £24,400 per year + mileage
The role of a Reablement Care Worker is to facilitate the rehabilitation of clients who have returned home after being discharged from hospital or another healthcare facility.
Over a period of up to 6 weeks, you will be dedicated to teaching clients essential skills that will assist them in effectively managing their day to day living tasks. Our ultimate objective is to enable our clients to regain their independence, granting them the freedom to live life on their own terms.
As one of our team of dedicated Reablement Care Workers, you’ll be working alongside inspirational professionals in the Health & Social Care sector, including Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Nursing teams, TEC practitioners, and Social Workers.
We provide a comprehensive induction to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge before you begin, ensuring your confidence in completing your role successfully.
