Schedule Planned Visits
This service provides two carers visiting the individual’s home at pre-arranged times during the night. The carers can visit more than once in the night depending on the needs of the individual. This may be the best option for anyone who wakes at regular intervals during the night to change position due to injury, pressure sore, or if there is a need to administer medication at regular intervals throughout the night. It could also be the best option for someone who wishes to go to bed at a later time than usual (past 10pm) and those who require confidence building following a recent hospital discharge or fall.
This service will offer a minimum cost saving of 30% per night when compared to any other overnight services, alongside this, times can be modified subject to availability.
This service provides one or more night time carer/s sleeping at the property for a minimum of eight hours. The carer/s will expect to get a reasonable night’s sleep but is on hand if required. This option will be best for anyone who doesn’t require regular support but may feel uncomfortable when left alone throughout the night. If the carer has to get up more than twice during the night, then it will be considered a waking night.
This service provides one or more night time carer/s remaining awake all night. The carer/s are on duty throughout the night and for a minimum of eight hours, but this is flexible. This may be the best option for anyone who wakes several times throughout the night needing support. This option may also be the best support for someone who wakes at regular intervals during the night to change position due to injury, pressure sore, or if there is a need to administer medication at regular intervals throughout the night.
Night care from Access Your Care is a flexible and if someone is waking more frequently throughout the night, we will work to adjust our service to those needs.
