The First Step
The first step of our recruitment process is the application form. We have designed our application form to aid us in selecting the very best person for the role, so unless specifically specified in the job advert, we cannot accept CVs.
Once you have found a job role that you are interested in you can either download our application form and job description or go to our contact us page and ask us to send these to you.
Please make sure that you take the time to read the job description as it will give you an overview of the type of work (if successful at interview) that you will be doing. The job description also provides you with a detailed person specification which sets out what we are looking for in the successful candidate.
We select candidates to interview based on how they meet the criteria listed on the person specification. When completing your application form you should clearly explain how your skills and experience meet the criteria in the person specification.
Shortlisting & Interview Stage
After submitting your application form, it will be shortlisted against the criteria in the person specification. We will advise you of the outcome of your application within 2 weeks of the closing date.
If your application passes the shortlisting stage we will contact you over the phone to arrange a time and date for an interview, we will also advise you who your interview will be with. Please bring any questions you have about the company or the job role to your interview and we will be happy to answer them.
The start of your career
If you are successful at interview we will contact you and arrange a date and time for you to visit the office and complete a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
We will book you onto our 4 day induction course which is also held at our office. During this induction you will learn about the company, your job role and your responsibilities.
